Electrical Assembly
Reports To: Arek Szewczyk
We are UK based design and manufacturer of windscreen wiper systems for marine and rail
applications which we distribute to a global customer base. We also operate a Fabrication business
making metal components for a wide variety of applications across the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stripping down motors.
- Drilling and tapping motor bodies.
- Cutting, soldering, de-soldering and heat shrinking wires.
Gluing and soldering electrical components. - Fitting of armatures
- Safe handling and use of potting compounds, sealants and solvent cleaners.
- Safe use of crimping tools.
- Electrical testing
- Recognizing electronic parts.
- Using multimeters.
- Safe handling and use of air and hand tools.
- To undertake other duties as determined by the company to meet the company’s needs.
- To work in compliance with health and safety regulations
- To work in compliance with company policies
- To work to company procedures, instructions and drawings
- To maintain housekeeping standards in work area.
Experience
- Previous experience with wiring
- Previous experience soldering is essential
- Previous experience using crimping tools
- Confident reading drawings and schematics
- Experience with SAP but not essential

Assembly Operative (DEBURR / LINISH)
Hours of work: 40hrs per week Mon-Fri (Overtime available based on production demand)
Reports To: Production Cell Supervisor

JOB FUNCTIONS
Removal of burr from parts produced from our laser and saw departments.
• Removal of weld penetration based on drawing requirements.
• Will be using a multitude of hand tools in relation to the parts required.
• To follow the companies predefined quality procedures, to ensure a robust product is produced to meet the customer’s expectations every time.
• To follow the companies, work to list, must be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
• Experience working in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is
advantageous (training provided).
• Experience in reading and following engineering drawings when required
• Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
• Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities.
• Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.

Tig Welder (Stainless Steel & Aluminium)
Hour: Shift one: Mon-Thurs 6am – 3pm and Fri 6am – 12pm Shift two: Mon-Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm and Fri 7:30am – 1:30pm Half an hour unpaid lunch break, and two 10-minute breaks morning and afternoon on both shifts.
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

JOB FUNCTIONS
· Welding parts to engineering drawings.
· Following of company work to lists and reading engineering drawings.

SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
· Tig welder (stainless steel and aluminium) worked experience in a similar environment.
· Previous experience of welding to 9606-1 & 9606-2 advantageous.
· Ability to Mig weld to a good standard advantageous.
· Able to read engineering drawings to a good standard (training can be provided).
NB: As part of our interview process, we will expect an onsite weld test to be completed under the supervision of the Weld Manager.
Wash Tank Assembly Operative

produced to meet the customer’s expectations every time.
· Must be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
· Experience working in a similar assembly role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous (training provided).
· Good English speaking and writing.
· Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
· Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
· Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities.
· Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
