Marine Wiper & Wash Systems

From leisure crafts to naval ships and offshore rigs, our custom-designed marine wiper systems, including straight‑line, pantograph, clear‑view screens, and wash systems are built to meet the most exacting standards.

Rigorous testing includes a dedicated salt‑water rig, with units undergoing over 3,000 hours of continuous wipe cycles (equivalent to 18 million wipes).

Advanced Control & Environmental Resilience

We offer a wide range of bespoke controllers, including Wynn Marine systems for both straight‑line and pantograph wipers.

In extreme environments, our systems can be equipped with heated arms and spray‑jets, ensuring functionality down to – 40 °C. 

Monitor Marine: Precision Deck Hardware Solutions

Since acquiring Monitor Marine in 2015, an innovator with over 30 years of experience, Hepworth has extended its capabilities to high‑quality stainless‑steel deck hardware, from helicopter tie‑downs and hatch handles to cleats and latches for luxury yachts and production boatbuilders worldwide.

Fabrications: Tailored Engineering

Our Fabrications division is built on decades of growth and investment, providing custom metalwork solutions with controlled tapping and project-specific cells for superior output and quality Hepworth Group. Spanning 90,000 sq ft of advanced facility space, we offer a complete in-house capability, including CNC machining and powder-coating to service bespoke fabrication needs across industries.
